If its just one TSM Client, set up an admin schedule to remove and re-define the node association to the schedule.
If its all the TSM Clients, set up an admin schedule to disable and then re-enable the clients session.
Another option is simply use the admin schedule to set the "expiration=today-1" (expiration is at 23:59:59 of the day scheduled, which is why you need to set it to the previous day) then another admin schedule to set it to "expiration=never" on the day you want it to start again, but make sure that setting takes place before the start time.
